These Terms and Conditions govern the July 2025 promotional offers provided by Hydrovac Pro (“the Company”). By participating in this promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Eligibility

   • Offer valid for residential and commercial customers in Fairbanks and North Pole, Alaska.

   • Participants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to schedule service at the property.

2. Promotional Period

   • Hydrovac Pro is offering this promotion from July 1 to July 31, 2025.

   • To qualify, all services must be booked and completed within this period.

3. Hydro Excavation Discount
   

   • Eligible customers can save up to $650/hr depending on the size and scope of the excavation project.

   • This discount applies exclusively to large-scale or extended-duration projects.

   • Hydrovac Pro will determine eligibility after reviewing the project scope.

4. Referral Program
   • Customers referring five (5) new paying clients by July 31, 2025, qualify for 50% off their next septic pumping.
   • Each referred customer must mention the referring individual during booking.
   • This 50% reward (approximately $200 value) must be redeemed within 90 days and is limited to one per referrer.
5. Booking and Payment

   • Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited daily capacity.

   • To receive any discount or referral reward, services must be fully paid for and completed within July 2025.

6. General Conditions

   • Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers.

   • Offers carry no cash value and are non-transferable.

   • The Company reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion without prior notice.
